Insulting behaviour
Hi
I was shopping at willys store and asked for help from one employee, she wasn't customer friendly and she told me that Iam rude.!!! I told her that's not good to say to your customer you are rude and asked her to apologise but she denied and she repeat the same insult word rude
What is my right in Swedish law and to whom did I should complain?

På din fråga förstår jag det som att den här personen har förolämpat dig i ett samtal ni hade mellan varandra. Orden personen sa till dig har personen inte spridit vidare. Det är i så fall inte fråga om förtal (5 kap. 1 § brottsbalken).
Det rör sig i så fall om förolämpning (5 kap. 3 § brottsbalken). För att dömas för förolämpning ska personen ha uttryckt sig nedsättande eller förödmjukande i syfte att kränka din självkänsla eller värdighet. Enligt din beskrivning tycker jag att du ska polisanmäla händelsen och polisen kan sedan gå vidare med ärendet. Detta kan du göra genom att ringa 114 14 eller gå till närmaste polisstation. Ett annat alternativ är att gå till personens arbetsgivare och förklara situationen och förhoppningsvis få arbetsgivaren att vidta konsekvenser.
För att få skadestånd krävs det att kränkningen är allvarlig (2 kap. 3 § skadeståndslagen). Utan att veta omständigheterna i ditt specifika fall är det svårt för mig att avgöra om personens uttalande utgör allvarlig kränkning. Som riktlinje kan dock sägas att en polis har ansetts ha rätt till skadestånd då han blev spottad i ansiktet (NJA 2005 s. 738).

From what I understand from your question the person insulted you in a conversation you had between just the two of you. He has not spread it to a wider group of people. In that case it is not defamation (5th chapter 1 section The Swedish Criminal Code).
It is rather a case of insulting behaviour (5th chapter 3 section The Swedish Criminal Code). To be convicted the person must have expressed direct accusation, a derogatory statement or humiliating conduct towards you. The purpose of his expression must also have been to violate your self-esteem or dignity. As you describe the situation my recommendation would therefor be to make a police report. You can do this by calling 114 14 or going to your closest police station. Another option would be to take contact with the person's employer and explain the situation and hopefully the employer will take actions.
In order to get right to damages the insult must have been serious (2nd chapter 3 section Tourt Liability Act). Without knowing the exact circumstances it is difficult for me to know wether or not the person's insult is of serious degree. As a guideline I can mention that a police officer got right to damages after he got spit in his face (NJA 2005 s. 738).
