Gradering av misshandel

Hejsan, För ett år sedan ungefär råkade jag ut för en misshandel. Utredningarna har blivit nerlagda och jag ska därför vända mig till mina försäkringar. I morse ringde jag till min hemförsäkring som ska täcka misshandel (Swedbanks försäkring, tre kronor). Jag förklarar hur händelsen gick till och fick till svar att de skulle ge mig skadestånd för ringa misshandel, dvs 8,000 kronor. Att döma misshandeln i mitt fall till ringa tycker jag är väldigt milt och hade i alla fall väntat mig grov misshandel och då 30,000 kronor. Så jag undrar hur ni hade dömt det, eller i alla fall hur ni tror det ska ha dömts egentligen. Såhär har jag förklarat för dem: Den 1e Maj i Karlstad, Nöjesfabriken blev jag misshandlad av person som polisen inte lyckades hitta. Det hela började med att jag såg min kompis stå vid ett bord bredvid baren med två andra okända personer. Jag går fram dit och får genast ett spydigt bemötande av killen som satt bredvid min kompis. Han frågar om jag också spelar i Nors ishockeylag (min kompis gör det). Jag svarar att jag inte gör det och då ber han mig att dra därifrån med en mycket otrevlig ton och förklarar att jag inte får stanna kvar. Lite förbluffad så säger jag emot och förklarar att den andra killen där är min kompis och att jag stannar med honom. När han ber mig dra därifrån ytterligare en gång med en mer hotande röst så smäller det. Utan att jag hunnit reagera så ska en annan kille kommit upp mot mig bakifrån och tagit tag i min nacke och knäat mig i ansiktet. Jag faller då ner på backen. Min tanke var då att jag inte skulle ställa mig upp på en gång då risken för att han väntar på att jag ska göra det är stor. Då ska han istället för att ha vänta på mig, backat bak för att ta sats och hoppat jämnfota på mitt huvud med sina kängor. Efter att han hoppade en gång ska han börjat stampa mig i ansiktet ett antal gånger innan han springer iväg. Nästa jag minns är att en en vakt pratar med mig och att någon håller om min nacke ifall att jag fått några nackskador. Då låg jag ner vid baren med blod i ansiktet en bra stund innan de vågade bära ut mig. Det hela resulterade i 10 stygn sammanlagt på två olika ställen vid hårfästets vänster sida av pannans topp, samt svullen vid ögonbrynet och sår i ansiktet. Jag har efter detta haft smärtor i ansiktet och framförallt där stygnen satt, det har kliat något oerhört och ömmat.

Om de sk. "tsunamibreven"

Hej Min fru fick nyligen ett brev av en advokat från Spanien. Hon fick brevet för att hon har samma namn som en person som omkom i tsunamin 2004. Fick sedan brev från La caixa bank Madrid ”Your application has been within the given time frame agree in the Deed af Agreement at the time of deposit. For more information, contact the remittance on: Rosa Martinez Bank opertion department Banco La Caixa Madrid” Vi scannade sedan in ” Minestero de justicia affidavit declaration/oath form” Där vi har fyllt i namn,adress,födelsedatum (ej de 4 sista), tel, yrke, och skrivit under. Declartion purpose: Heritage Declaration: I Mrs XX, whose namne and data appear above do hereby affirm that every data/inforation given above is true to the best o fmy knowledge, and also do here agree to respect the rule of law and all notary proceedings. Och i fredags fick vi detta mail: Please find an attach Affidavit Certificate Copy . You have to sign the Affidavit copy and send it back to me immediately for onward legalisation in the Ministry of Justice . Please send it back to me via fax or scan e-mail attachment for onward processes. I am going to get it legalized and registered in the Department of Justice here in Spain, before making formal presentation to the security Bank where the fund is for claim. I want you to trust me and follow my instructions. The Affidavit must be registered and legalized for approval before submission to the Bank. Och på denna Affidavit Certificate Copy så står det oath duty fee 1835 euro Vad tror ni om allt detta? Vad kan hända? Finns det någon risk för oss om vi skulle fullfölja detta?
